• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Future Paws, accessible from https://futurepaws.my/.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation and Refund Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

Conditions to Receive a Refund

Goods are eligible for a refund only if all the following conditions are met:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
• The Goods are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
• The Goods are not customized, personalized, or made to Your specifications.
• The Goods are not perishable, hygienically restricted, or inseparably mixed with other items.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method You used for the Order. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after We receive the returned Goods. You will not incur any fees for the refund, except for the cost of returning the Goods to Us.

Goods on sale are generally not eligible for refunds, unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. Please send returned items to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned Goods. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to You.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
