- Warranty Coverage
All Future Paws pet strollers come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Note: Fabric, mesh, and padding are not covered if damaged due to normal pet use.
- Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Original proof of purchase (receipt / order invoice)
- Online warranty registration
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
Claims without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.
- Warranty Claim Process
1. Contact our customer service team with the above details.
2. Our team will review and may provide troubleshooting instructions
3. If necessary, the stroller must be sent to an authorized service center for inspection.
4. Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, repair or replacement will be arranged at Future Paws’ discretion.
- Shipping & Transportation
- Customers may need to send the stroller to the service center for inspection.
- Shipping costs to the service center are generally borne by the customer.
- Future Paws will cover return shipping for approved warranty repairs within West Malaysia.
- Items Not Covered Under Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (fabric fraying, scratches, minor wheel wear)
- Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or overloading
- Misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme conditions
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Non-Warranty Repairs
Repairs outside warranty coverage may be offered as paid services, subject to parts availability and service fees.
- Replacement Policy
If a stroller has a major manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, Future Paws may provide:
- Replacement parts, or
- A replacement stroller of the same or equivalent model at Future Paws’ discretion
- Warranty Limitation
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Future Paws reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions regarding warranty claims.
