This Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) is provided by the manufacturer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the original purchaser (“you” or “your”) of the pet stroller product (the “Product”). Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
We warrant to the original purchaser that the Product shall be free from structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period specified below.

During the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts, or replace the entire Product, provided the defect is due to faulty material or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to:
Free replacement parts for wheels, frames, or axles that fail under normal usage.
Repair or replacement of fabric tears or seam separations resulting from manufacturing defects.
Correction of assembly or structural issues that compromise your pet’s safety or comfort.
This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Commercial use, or use other than for its intended purpose.
Failure to follow assembly, care, or maintenance instructions.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, fading, or soiling of fabric.
Damage caused by pets (chewing, scratching, etc.).
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including online marketplaces not authorized by us.
Products without a valid, legible proof of purchase.
This Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
To obtain service under this Warranty, you must initiate a claim through our official support portal. Please follow these steps:
Retain your original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase and date. Digital copies are acceptable.
Visit our support website and complete the warranty claim form.
Provide a detailed description of the defect and, if requested, clear photographs or video demonstrating the issue.
Provide the Product’s model number and serial number (if applicable).
We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for the repair or replacement. You may be responsible for shipping costs to return the Product to us, unless otherwise required by law.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. To the extent permitted by law, this Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product as described herein. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
